Berea College campus events

While temperatures outside fall, temperatures inside rise as Berea offers many cozy and events that are sure to make your temperatures rise. There are a total of 12 events posted on the BC Events poster board in the Alumni Building.


Berea College Cosmic K-Pop will be held Saturdays from 1-3 PM in the Seabury Dance Studio. According to the flyer no dance experience is required. CELTS Adopt-a-Grandparent Volunteer Training will start Tuesday, February 3rd and Thursday, February 5th at 5 p.m and 6 p.m. Programming starts Tuesday, February 10th at 1-3 p.m. After the start date, programming will occur every Tuesday. The training and programming will occur in the Stephenson Hall on the 2nd floor. The Department of Music presents Ballad Night. Ballad Night will, according to the flyer "feature ballads hinting at the supernatural and the superstitious!" This event will be held Friday February 13th at 7:30 p.m in the Loyal Jones Appalachian Center. The event will be presented by the Folk-Roots Ensemble, Elizabeth DiSavino, Director. On Thursday, February 5th a Valentine's Day movie night will be held in Baird Lounge from 7 p.m till 9 p.m. The movie being shown will be The Notebook. The ASA will be holding a Campus-Wide ASA Hoodie Design competition. The deadline for the competition is February 14th. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, place prizes include Free hoodie of choice, 25 percent discount on merchandise, and 10 percent discount on merchandise. Internship Career Development Week is from February 2nd through February 7th. Flyers are posted around campus for more information.
